- Yes, there is. Let the people at the top know what you think. Write a
- letter to Casey Cowell, USR President, at the address in your manual.
- Be succinct in stating your problems and don't launch into any
- ad-hominem attacks. Provide facts like time spent on hold, etc. He
- gets enough of these, he'll get the message. If they need more tech
- support staff, it may mean some temporary pain to get qualified people
- and pay them what they're worth. Customers should not have to suffer
- for a company's growth. USR used to be the top name in my modem book.
